If you have been watching my social media, then you know very well that we just finished an amazing family trip to Panama!
This post is to simply provide the high level itinerary of our trip, which we loved and would definitely suggest for anyone planning an adventure level trip to Panama. After this post, I will post separate reviews for each location/hotel.
We flew Delta into Panama City from Atlanta (we flew to ATL from Dayton the night before). It appears the flight takes off from Atlanta at 9:30 AM each day and our flight arrived into Panama a little after 12:00 PM. We loved this, because we had a nice half day in the city!

DAY NINE
Enjoy breakfast by the pool and some swimming at The Santa Maria Hotel before heading to the airport for your 2:30 PM flight
This was a great way for us to explore Panama and relax a bit, but if I had a few more days, I would have added two nights in Boquete. The climate is so nice, there are great hotels, and it would have been nice to squeeze in a coffee tour!
Okay, that’s it for now. Watch my blog over the next few weeks as we break down each location.
